La historia comienza en 2028. En un futuro próximo, un gran demonio se está infiltrando en el mundo de los humanos; una fuerza demoníaca conocida como Lucifer Hawk. En su camino se encuentra una pequeña organización de policías femeninas: la AMP de Tokyo. Dotadas de habilidades sobrenaturales, intentarán vencer a las fuerzas de la oscuridad allá donde aparezcan.
